- Database clean-up (deleted post revisions, spam comments, etc.)
- Run a malware scan
- Search & repair broken links
- Fix website errors identified on Google Search Console (HTTP 404, HTTP 403, etc.)
- Text – Additions or deletions

- Support Hours3 – Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm
- Maintenance notices are sent via WhatsApp or E-mail.
- Updates are done within three (3) business days.
- Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month.
- Content updates are made during normal business hours (after-hours, weekends & holidays are not covered). Updating does not include creating new pages or adding new features/plugins. For new pages/features please request a quote.
- We are available for emergency calls after hours, over weekends and on holidays.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope. There is no contract. You simply agree to our Service Agreement which outlines how everything works.

We charge a flat fee of R210 for the first hour. For work exceeding one hour, we charge a per-minute rate of R3.50 per minute.
If your support request takes only ten minutes, we’ll go the extra mile by identifying additional improvements, like performing plugin updates, to maximize the value and make the most out of the full hour whenever feasible.
If the work required exceeds the estimated hours, it will be communicated to you before we proceed.

We check for duplicate content and broken links and note any proofreading recommendations.
